What We Do

We Know Impairments

There are various ways a claim may be won due to the nature of one or multiple impairments. A client may win a claim because of one impairment, either physical or psychological, or with a combination of impairments. Most of the time job-related details such as, age, education, and work history also factor in to the outcome of the claim.

We are highly experienced in knowing the most important information to obtain from your doctors’ medical records. We know how to read the medical records concerning complex diseases and injuries. The Administrative Law Judge assigned to your claim will be educated about the given impairment issued. “Your story” will be heard.

Watch us Work

Routine matters on your claim may sometimes feel unknown and tiresome. To us they are routine and common. We feel that it is our responsibility to aid you in the process. We will assist you in finalizing Standard Social Security questionnaires and filing appeals on time, obtain doctors’ records, as well as reports and interrogatories.

Our highly skilled staff is trained to make sure all of your questions and concerns are taken care of as smoothly as possible. We cannot guarantee hiring an attorney will speed the process, but we will follow the claim status to ensure its proper processing.

We’re There Every Step of the Way

When it is time for you to be heard in court, whether at administrative hearings or an appeal in Federal Court, we will be there every step of the way. Preparations for these appearances are key to the success of a claim.

Prior to an administrative hearing we will brief you on the most important issues at hand and prepare you for the questions that will likely be asked by the judge.

For appeals in Federal Court written legal arguments will be submitted and oral arguments will be attended, if necessary.

This cannot be done by non-attorney representatives. It is also very difficult for non-attorney representatives to interpret what is most important in these proceedings.

We Understand Your Calculations

The Social Security Administration calculates benefits and we know how they do it. We make sure to monitor your claim if it is approved, in order to assure you are being paid the correct amount. If issues arise during the collection of Social Security Compensation, we can guide you to a solution.
