Federal Register and Code of Federal Regulations

The Federal Register is the place where all federal agencies post proposed regulatory changes and final rules, policies and regulations, after public comment and review. The Code of Federal Regulations contains all the administrative regulations for federal agencies. Many of these changes take place outside of the Congressional review process.
